some movies don't have cover image on IMDB, can we have any option to ad one? or can we request one? can we provide one and you build in?

We are not the IMDb => the Coollector database and the IMDb database are 2 distinct databases.

a different aspect is regarding series.
a very good example is this one:

coollector recognize it but treat it only as one entry, is any chance to have not individual titles but seasons treated individually? asking this because every season has it's cover image and it would look very nice to have them separated...

Yes, series are recognized as only one entry. I know it's different from what the competitor programs do, but we think it's one of our strength. If you own the videos of 100 episodes of the series M*A*S*H, they won't appear as 100 separate entries. The 100 videos will just be listed inside the "owned videos" box of the series.

The improvement that we are planning to make with the series, is to list how many seasons and episodes there are (like on the IMDb), with the name of each episode and a link to the IMDb page.
And you'll be able to rate each episode to remember which episodes you've seen or not.

In fact, it's very rare when a season has a cover image. Most series get a cover image when they're released in video. You can already view those videos and their covers in the "existing videos" box, and in the "owned videos" box for the videos that you own.
