first of all this is the best application ever and I've been using it since 2008. so, big thanks for you

these are a couple of things I suggest :

1- cross reference option with persons in the filtered search so for example searching for movies with both Alfred Hitchcock and James Stewart so the result would be Vertigo and Rear Window

2- being able to order movies by year in the filtered search

3- being able to put movies in groups like a,b,c...for example putting specific 10 movies in group (a). ... right now I'm using rating buttons instead

4- being able to import a list of movies that was saved from the IMDb

thanks man and keep up the good work

It's on my todo list, but I have no idea exactly when I'll add it.

As you can see, you'll be able to do more that cross-reference two persons. Even if you set only one person, you'll be able to apply all the other filters (genre, owned, etc...).

It's on my todo list too, and I don't know either when it'll happen.

I should add a tagging feature before the end of the summer. You'll be able to tag movies and persons, with whatever tag you want (a,b,c if you want, but you probably can find better names), and a "tag" filter will be added to the filtered searches.

In a few weeks, I'll add an import feature that'll work with txt, csv or xml files.

Since a few months, I try to add new features (small or big) with each version. It's kind of a personal challenge. The next version will add a great feature 8)
