Online Backup is not working

Post subject:  Online Backup is not working

whenever i am going on star wars episode 4 on coollector movie database,it closes. :worried:
I noticed that one of my owned movie is blank.
So i go for the online back up & publish and it's works fine.
But when i downloaded the backups saved on the server,i found that back up files are almost one years old. :(
Please help............ :sos: :sos:

Please send me your coollection file. You'll find it with the menu "Help->Locate my coollection file".

I am having problems with uploading to online backup and publish when I sign in with my user name and password and try to upload I receive same message over and over wrong user name +password, it is the same as what I use to sign into this form , anyone out there that can help.

I've just tried, and the service is up and running. We'll try to understand what went wrong for you....

I wonder if maybe your password may contain a character that the script is choking on. Do you have characters in your password that are not letters or numbers? Could you please make the test to change your password with one that contains only letters and numbers. If we determine that the bug comes from a special character, I'll look at the script to fix the problem.

I've had a first look at the code, and unfortunately it's not something trivial. I don't have the solution yet, but I'll keep working on it until I can fix this damn bug!

Ok, I've found the explanation! :V:

Unfortunately, the problem doesn't come from the server, but from the program itself. That means that I must release a new version of Coollector to fix the bug. In my opinion, this bug isn't worth releasing a new version just for it (I've released version 4.2.5 only a few hours ago). It'll be fixed with the release of version 4.2.6, in about a week.
