The reason I'm using this software, not working out

Hi,
I am using this software to quickly find movies that we own. We have put all of our movies into binders and they are hard to find. The problem I have is that I have 5 people in the house with various computers and tablets. One computer for this database is just not practical in this house. I need to share this database along with at a minimum the locations I have entered. The back up and publishing does not provide the movies location in our library. Purchasing the app for every computer is likewise not an option. Or, am I doing something wrong or something that I'm not doing? If you can help I would appreciate it.

it's stated that "The license code is personal. You can use it on all your computers (Mac and PC) but you can't share it with other persons."

If all your computers are on the same network, you could install Coollector on each computer, and place your coollection on the network, where it'll be shared by everyone.

I knew I was missing something and the answer was simple. I love the program and am not an expert as is apparent. I have two more questions though. How can I retrieve my lost license key, and how do you search the database using an iPad? The first is the most important for me though. I really appreciate the help. Thanks.

Sorry, for the moment we don't have an iPad version, but you can view your coollection if you publish it online. To search for a movie title, you just have to make a string search on the page (the iPad browser allows you to locate a string on a web page).
