I installed Coolector on my iMac last August and then logged in all my DVDs. Every thing has been working fine until today when I can not access the program even though it is listed in Launch pad and applications. I recently got a MacBook Pro and would like to have my Coolections on there also. My mind says to load Coollector and then copy my latest backup to the notebook. Right? Where would I load the collection file? |

Coollector version 4.2.1 has just been added to the Mac App Store. Please update and tell me if that helps. |

I downloaded a new version from your website. The program comes up with nothing in the data base. I tried copying my last backup which has a longer na than mycoolection.cool. Could not get the app to recognize my new file. I did not pay for another copy. How can I recover my license key? |

Everything is working fine including the bar scanner. I removed previous versions of Coolrector, installed the current version and copied a backup. Walaa! Success!!! Thanks for all the help |
