In this cases a title is not included in Recently rated option.

2>I updated the rating of some titles from my previously rated movies. After updating the rating of a title it should be in the "Recently Rated" option.

You're taking "recently rated" too literally. The "recently rated" list is most useful if it means "recently watched". You don't use the rating game to rate a movie that you've recently watched. Instead you go to that movie and rate it. The rating game is a way to rate the movies that you've seen in the past, not the movies that you've recently watched.

I disagree. It's very frequent that I tweack a rating when I find one that it doesn't reflect my taste perfectly. This happens particularly with the movies that I've rated before the program allowed to refine a rating with a plus or a minus. Also with the years, my taste evolves a little...

Thus a movie is marked as "recently rated" only the first time that you rate it (outside the rating game). The drawback of this method is that it doesn't show when you've re-watched a movie recently. The solution to this would be to add a watch history, that would record how many times you've watched a movie, when and where (in theater? on TV?). This feature is on my todo list and should be added in the future.
