Hi. Is it possible somehow to remove all your owned videos with one command or in any other fast way? I have them too many to do it one by one.
I don't want anymore to keep track my owned movies so I would like to remove them.
Thanks.

What will remain if you remove your owned videos? Have you rated a lot of films?

If you don't have much to lose and want to delete all your personal data, you can start over by deleting your coollection file:

Sorry, it's a very uncommon request. Even programmatically I don't have any easy way to do it.

Your owned videos, are they DVDs or are they video files?

If they're video files, you can use the menu "Tools->Manage your video files->batch delete several file associations".

Good feature, but I don't asociate owned videos with video files. I remember I tried it long time ago, but it was complicated and program asociated some wrong movies.
I have around 1000 owned movies, it's not so big job if I spread it on 1 month.

To my knowledge, association is working great in most cases. I don't even understand why you call scanning your files "complicated". Maybe it was a really long time ago, I've indeed fixed a bunch of bugs over the years. If you still see issues today, you're welcome to report them to me.

I have just now added a video, analyze this from your list as DVD R4. I then made some adjustments to the file (your barcode is 9397910917797 - mine is 9398710206197, but willing to accept anything at present to get a title in to track). Made a couple of changes by adding in 16:9, etc. Now when I hover the owned title on left pane, the program just closes.

Another crash. I have just now added a another video, Arrival from your list as DVD R4. I then made some adjustments to the file (your and my barcode that is 9398700040374). Made a couple of changes by adding in 2.40:1, etc. Now when I hover the owned title on left pane, the program just closes.

Do you have a way to reproduce the crash every time?

If that's the case, please send me your coollection file and tell me precisely how to make the app crash.

My email: hector at coollector dot com

Hi Hector,

No. It seems to be some sort of owned DVD look up issue as does not seem to display the 'about picture' information but instead crashes when I hover the mouse over the pictures of my owned media.

All I can do is send you "my Coollection.cool" file attached to this reply to your email - I hope this works.

This crash will be fixed with the next version, thank you very much for helping me understand it!

(the bug only happened when "Movie Info on Mouse Over" was enabled)
