Images not coming down when Coollector starts

I have noticed that recently, after I start Coollector, only a few images appear on the screen. The rest refuse to come down. It wasn't happening before. What could be causing this problem? Thanks for your help.

If your internet connection is working, then maybe your firewall has blacklisted the app and blocks any internet access. The images that are still showing would be those that were previously saved to your disk.
