Newbie here! Probably doing something wrong, but when I try to post online backup I get an error message that says Wrong user name+password. I can log in and log off so I know my username and password are working. Any suggestions?

Does your password contain some special characters? Which ones?
The most likely reason is that the identification script "chokes" on a special character from your password because the app didn't encode it correctly. If we identify the culprit character, I'll be able to fix the app.

Special characters include "*" and "#" - would guess those should be pretty common, but maybe not!

Unfortunately not. I tried it two different times and no joy. Am able to export xml and txt files of data.
