Hi, what if you keep the development with 3 Phase.
The stable release
The beta release
and The Alpha release

This way user can have the stable version, which might be a month old but having almost all the bugs fixed.

In beta versions, you can work on big changes to the software and let the user to test and receive feedback and bug reports and improve it.

In alpha version (optional) you can deploy with the latest feature implementations which might be highly unstable since its not tested in diff. scenario and is published every few days to the website.

The bugs that I've introduced recently, I did it in good faith. I thought that I was just fixing a few things (smoother animations), except that it has backfired in a way that I hadn't anticipated. I fix things here and there all the time.

I do work on big changes and I do it outside of the released version. When it'll be ready enough, I'll probably release a beta version and search for beta testers.

I'm not Microsoft or Apple, I'll never have a host of beta testers willing to test my beta version. The bugs that I've introduced, I wouldn't have found them even if I had waited for 6 months. Often when a user reports a bug, I have a hard time trying to reproduce it.
