WIN 7 issue

Ok got program on my new win 7 netbook, downloaded and started up fine. Then after closing programing and tring to restart it does not start. Even with Run as Admin.

Found one issue, for some reason when you exit the program it does not clear from the processes area. You have to manually stop it thru task manager to be able to restart the program.

If the program is still running in the background (even invisibly), you can't open it again, because there can be only one instance running at the same time.

I'm aware that this problem happens sometimes, but yet haven't found the reason why.

Does it happen to you systematically, or just sometimes ?

its very random. close button in top right works, exit button works, and right click program and close works.

thats very odd no issues now just that one time.

I'd really like to fix it, but it's so random that I never had a chance to debug it.
