That works, however my media player would show the title of the movie as BDMV.

Sorry, I didn't understand your message.

I won't pass the BDMV folder, but the folder that contains the movie title.

What file do you point it to ?

The player i use is "recommended" for AVCHD Blue-Ray movies
it´s DAPlayer. Unfortunately i always use open folder, the player
then finds the file without my help :-)

Thanks, I will pass the folder to the media player.

Please try this version:

http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_test.exe

and tell me if it works fine

(the scanning of blu-rays, but also tell me if you can still reproduce the error message when resizing the window).

Thank you very much for testing. You confirm that the scanning works fine. Does the playback work fine too ?

No,..

The path is :
drive - folder - name - AVCHD
should be : drive - folder - name - AVCHD - BDMV - STREAM
or
drive - folder - name - BDMV
should be : drive - folder - name - BDMV - STREAM

The displayed path won't include "STREAM", but I can add it to launch the file if it's needed.

What happens when you click the play icon ? Does DAPlayer open properly ? Because kakashi said that VLC worked fine when passed the upper directories.

Strange, wen i use DAPlayer with open folder and i go to
drive - hdd4 Movie - let me in, then the movie starts playing
(also it finds the 0000.m2ts file)

Wenn i start the DAPlayer by clicking on the path in Coollector
it doesn´t work. So i think Coollector has to point to the m2ts
file rather then to the "root"folder where the movie is in.

(edit) Sorry forgot to answer the question,...
Yes DAPlayer starts wen klicking on the link in Coollector, but the
movie does not start

(edit 2) I assosiated the movies with VLC Player and then they
start playing,... So DAPlayer is the problem here, it starts in
open file mode and it should open in open folder mode. "i think"

That's strange because that's exactly the location we pass to DAPlayer.

The path displayed is "drive\hdd4 Movie\let me in\bdmv", but we only pass "drive\hdd4 Movie\let me in" to DAPlayer.

It won't work, because you showed me an example where the STREAM folder contained 2 MTS files and no m2ts files.

I have installed DAPlayer, but nowhere could I find any documentation about the command line parameters. I wanted to make the movie play in fullscreen, but there doesn't seem to be any command line switch for that.

No,. the stream folder of the movie "alpha and omega" contains
2 files : 00001.mts and 00002.mts
the stream folder of the movie "let me in" however contains only
one file : 0000-m2ts

also 2 diverend extensions and BOTH do not start in DAPlayer
but they do start both in VLC Player

First i used SPlayer, this player won´t play the movies, so i installed
DAPlayer. I used it only for maybe 2 weeks,.. So wen the player is the
problem i´ll switch to VLC !

Probably you won't regret it, as VLC is largely considered as the best media player out there.

I'll do something for DAPlayer when I'll find some documentation about the command line parameters.

I'll have a look at SPlayer to see if I can make it work.
