The anticipation is overwhelming. To upgrade an already fantabulous database is amazing.

:D

To be honest, the current database is seriously lacking...
But the new database will have more than 5,000 new movies !
And we'll improve it week after week !!

I apologize, but Coollector 2.0 is not quite ready for prime-time. I need another day or two.

I'm very close, but I bumped into horrid bugs.

To make things worse, I've caught a severe cold and could hardly work.

2008 doesn't start too good...

It's best to iron out those pesky bugs now.

Thanks Hector, I've been looking forward to this new version.
Only one problem, it doesn't run at all. It comes up with the "send report to microsoft" window.

Weird...

You say you know Coollector for a long time, so I suppose you used the update feature, and when the program re-opened, you had this error message...

First thing to do, is make a copy of the file MyCoollection.cool to be sure you won't lose your data. It's located inside the folder "Coollector\Coollections\".

Then delete the file indexing.dat, which is in the folder "Coollector\Database\", and restart the program.

If that doesn't work, delete indexing.dat again and then make a full install of the program. You'll find the full install setup program on my home page.

If nothing works, mail me your MyCoollection.cool file and I'll look at it.

Hi Hector,
I did everything you said and it didn't work, I then uninstalled the program completely and re-installed and it worked but when I replaced the mycollection file withthe old one it didn't work again so that must be the problem.
I only have about 100 movies in it so if I have to start again I will but if it helps you to know what may be causing the problem, let me know where to send the file.
