I'm currently sorting 2500+ files so its impossible to manually add them all. I therefore have to name them all correctly (esp. in case I have to scan again).

I think it has something to do with the various spellings of shippuuden, shippuden, Shippūden, etc.
There are quite a few correct ways to spell the word in romanji.

I understand that you get information from multiple sources but is it possible to settle on one spelling...

There are quite a few correct ways to spell the word in romanji.

You must use the same spelling as in our database.

It's "Grey's anatomy".

Most of your spellings seem to be "Shippûden" so I ill switch all my files to match.

You also however have "Gekijouban Naruto Shippuuden: Za rosuto tawâ" which uses a different spelling. Why not just use "Shippûden" as usual?
