User reviews don't show on download.com because only reviews of the latest version are shown. Reviews are therefore always cleared in a few days when you release a new version. Download.com then says that there are no user reviews for the current version(no reviews are shown unless you purposefully decide to look for old ones, even though its still version 2).

I hope the new update system in version 3 resolves this issue because people will be more likely to download when there are user reviews on the download page.

Version 3 will be updated every week, that won't change. With every update, we gain more visibility/users than we lose.
