To beta test the future version 3 of Coollector, and help us find the remaining bugs, install this program in the same place you installed Coollector:

What you need to know:

Instead of using MyCoollection.cool, the beta uses MyCoollection.beta.cool.

This way, you can use the beta without risking to compromise your data.

Keep using version 2 to manage your coollection, and use the beta to make all the experiments you can think of.

When MyCoollection.beta.cool doesn't exist, it is created from MyCoollection.cool.

So if you want to resynchronize the data of the beta version, delete MyCoollection.beta.cool, and it will be recreated.



What remains to be done:

The barcode search is still very unfinished/buggy.

Program doesn't yet remember the settings of the movie filtered search.

Your owned videos should get the barcode of the closest existing video, but for the moment this process is just random.

The combos must be modified to manage copy & paste.

The video boxes should display the seasons of the series.

It would probably be best to add a new area on in the forums for posts relating to the beta version since the many bugs that will be posted will have nothing to do with most users using the forum.
