I think it's because it's http protocol, not ftp protocol.

I don't think resume is possible with http. Even if it was possible, which I doubt, I have no control on it. Go ask the company that hosts my website.

the problem is i cant finish the download it reach 99% and fail

but link is now from ww.softpedia.com

the problem is solved

Oh, I see.

Some users have also reported to have this kind of problem with this server, and I had moved the big files to another server. Looks like I forgot to move the setup too.
