Hi,.

When resizing the main window, the menu´s disappear !
I understand its mentioned to function this way,..
My question why no pulldown menu ?

Searching for an disappaered menu wouldn´t be necessary

No, when the window becomes too small, only the numbers should disappear, and all the menus should remain visible.

I suppose you're having this problem because you're using 125% bigger fonts.

I'll try to improve how Coollector works with bigger fonts.

Hi Hector,.

I´m not sure about thisone !

I never made changes to use bigger fonts- Under Windows 7
i use the key-combination "STRG-Scrollwheel" for changing fontsize, i´m not
sure if this affects Coollector because i don´t use the keys on youre program.

Sorry, I seem to have confused you with another user.

Maybe it's the Windows theme that you're using.

For the moment, I have no certainty. I will investigate.

But it's not meant to do that.

Yes the numbers do disappear !
the problem occurs when i resize "bigger" till the numbers come back.
At that moment the menu "tools" or "help" disappear until there is enough
place for them to show again.

This bug should be fixed with version 3.18.

If you have a lot of movies, owned, rated, or whatever, and there's not enough room to display all those numbers, then the numbers should disappear.

Does it work now ?

Hi Hector,.

I installed your version that you asked me to install because of the
"not scanning" problem,... From that moment on the problem was gone :-)
I´m always using the latest version, the problem didn´t came back, so i
think : problem solved

grtz

The scanning problem wasn't due to Coollector, it's your files that were hidden. You don't have to use any special version...

Fine.

Do you think it's Coollector who has hidden your files ?

Hi Hector,.

:o No no,.. not at all !!

The problem of not scanning was because i and not the program, had the hidden mark set.
You asked me to install some older coollector versions before i found out this,...

At the same time i had the disappearing menu´s problem and this problem
disappeared (and i know you didn´t change anything) with the first "older" version
i installed and didn´t came back till now.

Ok, now I understand what you meant.

What happened is that I could reproduce the bug by using your coollection file. Mine didn't trigger the bug because it doesn't have enough digits to display.

Once I understood what caused the bug (lots of digits), I could fix it.
