Adding series

Hi,.

I like to know howto add an complete serie to the database !
The serie Breaking Bad, 4 complete Seasons, how do i call them.

breaking bad S01E01 / breaking bad S01E02 - (Doesn´t work)
breaking bad S01E01 - The Pilot / Breaking Bad S01E02 - Cat's In The Bag (Doesn´t work)
The Pilot / Cat's In The Bag (Doesn´t work)

Is it possible to let Coollector identify all separate episodes automaticly ?

You can't have tried those names, as Windows doesn't allow the character '/' in a file name.

Please give me the exact names that you've tried.

The "/" is only mend as divider

The names i tried :

Cat's In The Bag

All those titles work. Sorry, I don't understand your problem.

This is what i get :

There's a misunderstanding on your part.

The scan reports to which movie/series the video file was associated.

Breaking Bad (2008) => perfect, the episode was associated to the right series.

Now, when you go to the series Breaking Bad, you can see the video files in the "owned videos" box, or by clicking the "play" icon. Because the full path of the file is displayed, you can see the episode title from your file name.

You're not satisfied with it ?

I have to click the arrow about 20 times to reach the last episode
and i can´t see the episodes name !!

Why not adding each episode by name in the database ?

If you want to play an episode, click the "play" icon (below the series title).

Coollector is firstly a movie database, secondly a video database. There's only 1 entry for the whole series "Breaking Bad", and the videos are inside the owned and existing video boxes.

Oke,

I haven´t noticed that clicking the play button lists all episodes, because i
never use the play button. I search by name and connect the correct HDD
Then i play from MMedia player by going to the correct folder and select
the file manually.

But i´ve seen that even the episode name is in the list under the play button !!!
So that solves my problem.
