Hi Hector,.

Why not offering iDeal as an option to pay for the program ?
I´m one of those (rarely found) users that refuses to buy and pay for
some s**t mastercard and pay only by cash or by bank. This means
i´m not able to pay you, for an license,.....

Have you thought about that ?

Last month I gave you a free license. You haven't received it ?

With version 3.19.5, I've added the possibility for the persons who can't pay $12.99 to earn a licence by contributing 100 character pictures.

Hi Hector,.

Yes i recieved the license and i´m glad about it !!
Still i tried the buy option, and for people without creditcard it´s impossible
to buy (and support you in paying the rent :-) ) the program.
iDeal (anyway in Europe) is an way of paying trough bankaccount in such
way, that when i buy i get redirected to my own bank and fill everything out.
The payment is imidiatly, this means you would now i´ve payed within seconds.

It´s an garantied way of paying for both sides !

My server receives an instant payment notification (IPN) from PayPal, and immediatly issues a license, even when I'm sleeping.

I don't know how I could make it work with your iDeal system. I'd have to check every minutes. Doesn't sound ideal :P

PayPal allows you to pay with many different methods: credit card, paypal account, e-checks, etc... Are you certain that they don't offer a solution for the persons in your situation ?

To use PayPal i always need an creditcard,...

This way of paying is no solution for me and others that refuse using creditcards.
I think i´m somekind of prehistoric person but i hate wasting money to
banks, only for being able to spend my money

iDeal will be an problem :worried:
read here :
Q) Is iDEAL only intended for use in the Netherlands or can it also be used in other countries?

A) It is only possible to make payments using iDEAL between current accounts with Dutch banks, in other words, only if both you and your customer have a Dutch current account. It is, however, possible that you offer iDEAL via a Collecting Payment Service Provider (CPSP). In this way it is not necessary as a merchant to have a Dutch current account.

So i think we better forget about it

Agreed. Now everybody can earn a license by contributing character pictures.

Ok, I see I can get a license by submitting character pictures. I have a few questions about this.
1.How many character pictures?

2. Im assumeing character pictures are actors, actresses, directors, etc. Does this mean any picture of these for any movie I see has pictures missing?

3. Where do I send to pictures to and in what format?

4. Does the size of the picture matter?

Unrelated

Would you by chance have a program for games such as PS2 and Wii?

Actors, as we can see them in the movie.

The email address is at the bottom of the page.

Not too small, please. Don't do anything to the picture, I'll crop it myself.

It'll be a logical evolution of the program, but only in a distant future.

I too refuse to use credit card, but i used pay pal, and without a card, I just always keep a litte dab of blow money in my account there for little things like this. I like free stuff just like the next guy, but I also don't mind paying for stuff when I can see getting some good out of it, and it will save me some time.

I looked at a lot of different movie inventory setups, and many were a lot more money, and took more time. I settled on this one, because I could mess around with it for free for a little bit, and when I saw how easy it was, I knew it was worth the money in time it saved me intering data. (turned out I had over 200 tittles, and I don't have a large collection by any means)
