When I looked in the Coolector backups file I noticed many entrees. The latest one is also in “my coolection”. Are they all necessary, or just the latest one?

Hi Raised Grain !

On closing, Coollector creates a backup file if any changes have been made during the session. So yes, the latest backup is equal to your current database.

You can delete backups if you want to. They're just a conveniance. But why worry ? They don't take that much space (and they'll take 10 to 100 times less space, when I'll have changed the file format, very soon).
