There are few things which cannot be customized in skin editor. Is it possible in future to edit them?

Buttons and scrollbars are drawn by the operating system (they may look different depending on your version of Windows).

Plus and Minus buttons could be made customizable, but in my opinion it's not worth it.

What if you don't use the windows scrollbar and buttons? or there might be some way (maybe developing the GUI on a different IDE or something) would let you to fully customize the skin.

When you create an app, you have 2 choices:

1) use your own controls and the app will look the same on all the platforms (think Java).
2) use the native controls and the app will look native on all the platforms.

I've chosen the second solution.

Coollector is available on Mac and it would be weird if the controls didn't look like Mac controls (Mac users would hate that). Also on Windows there are settings that allow you to customize the look of your controls and Coollector wouldn't respect those settings. Also I don't see much point in skinning the buttons or the scrollbars.

Skinning them would look more amazing, since there will be no unwanted grey stuffs around which catch the attention of eye

I disagree. In my opinion, skinning is not about changing everything. Skins must be created around the native controls. The best interfaces are using the native controls and they're gorgeous anyway.
