Collector Close with error

Whenever I am going to the person filmography option,it closed with error.

Not for any particular person,I tried for Akira Kurosawa,Alfred Hitchcock,Billy wilder,Satyajit Ray
every time it happened to me.I clicked the Director/Crew/Starring option and it closed with error.
Sometime it happened and sometime not.

So,I replaced the Coollector.exe with version 4.3.5 coollector.exe.
Now my version is 4.3.5 but the database is updated.
And it's working fine .No problem at all.

But I am missing the new update.

By "filmography option", you mean the checkboxes that filter the profession, don't you?

I can't make the program crash on my computer. I thought that maybe it was because you're using Windows XP, but I've tried with a Windows XP machine and it didn't crash either.

Maybe I haven't understood what you make exactly, please give me more details.

Maybe it doesn't crash for me because I don't have the same coollection as you. You could try with an empty coollection to see if it still crashes or not...

I checked with an empty collection.It was fine.No problem at all.

And now another test,

Starting with a new empty database,
I rated 3 titles of "Wong Kar Wai" and just clicked the "Starring" check box and the result same things happened.

And now for "Christopher Nolan" same problem.


All IZZ WELL for version 4.3.3 to 4.3.5

Now,I am sure that it is a problem of version 4.3.6 "coollector.exe"
Or it might be in my "coollector.exe"

It's weird that I can't reproduce the crash. Please send me a coollection file that crashes, and tell me exactly where I should click, from the program start until the crash.

The crash wasn't as easy to reproduce as we thought. It happens only when the filters "owned", "wished", "rated", and "not rated" are displayed at the same time. Anyway, I will release a new version sooner than usual (probably this week end).
