Issue with Coollector App,UPDATE,Recently,owned,Remove Video

There is a problem with the program's database update and it gets stuck while downloading the update. All imported movies since 2025 have been removed from the imported list and when we select the recently owned menu, the program exits.

First we must understand why the update gets stuck, then we'll determine if your personal data got corrupted or not.

1) Run Coollector and use the menu "Help->Locate the coollection file"

2) Close Coollector and rename the coollection file as MyCoollection.cool.bak

3) Run Coollector again and try updating, hopefully it was just an internet issue.

Hi, I just opened the program and unlike a few days ago, the update started downloading properly.

But about the internet issue you mentioned, that is not the case because I have already checked the program with both my home system and my laptop at work and with two different internets and I had the same problem.

Thank you, maybe it was an issue with the company that hosts my files. I've changed nothing on my own. Glad that it's fine now.
