pack problem

Coollector doesnt't show pack elements any more (see picture). Also, I can't remove any films from a pack or the film completely, it always crashes. If I add new pack, it shows the elements, but won't remove the new pack either. Individual films can be removed from new packs, except the last one since it won't remove the pack. I don't know how old this problem is, I haven't done anything with packs for couple months. OS is vista.
