can't open Coollector

Each time I try to open it a small "Message" window immediately pops up and states "Movie Coollector Data base has encountered an error and will now close"

How can I install the latest version when I can't open the program. Do you have a link to install?

I don't know what your problem is, but it might get fixed in the process.

i closed all applications and tried to download the program. It processed up to "Run" and then received the same warning. Let me know if there is anything you need me to copy and paste or email you for your review. thanks

Please try the debug version of 3.23.7 contained inside this zip:

When crashing, it'll generate a crash dump, with the information needed to understand and fix this bug.

On Windows, you just have to double-click a zip file to see what's inside. You grab the content and deposit it where you want. Or you can use copy and paste.

Thanks. WinZip had my zip downloads locked up. had to uninstall WinZip. downloaded 7-zip and that worked but the debug crashed with same message window. I am not able to open the DMP file that pops up in the Coollector_dbgrpt 3196-20130106T144620 . This also popped up before along with the HML Document. Cant open from the DMP icon but I can copy and paste the HML file to an email which I will send now.
