It's not a bug. I don't know any artificial intelligence that could recognize the series from your weird file name. The scanning algorithm matches as many words as possible, starting from the beginning of the file name. You have 2 options: either rename the file, or associate it manually with the "play" icon.

A correct file name would be "Armchair Cinema: Regan - Pilot For The Sweeney (1974).mkv"
