intro error portable & normal version

Sun Nov 03, 2013 11:39 pm

Every time I open program it give me "error and will now close" message.
The same thing on both versions (portable and normal) but i strongly suspect its the case of filters.

I have my on filters with structure like this:

Genre 1 ..........................Year 1 (2013)
Genre 2 ............................Year 2
movies or series

When i leave it on default everything is fine but whenever i choose this structure everything
go to hell next time I start Coollector.

I tried this structure, and there's no problem on my computer. Are you using the latest version 3.26.8?

yes I have new version but the same problem was accuring more than few versions before.
Usually i uninstall everything and wait for youre next version and everything is ok.
(If there is nothing wrong with filters i really dont know waht can be wrong.)
I have XP sp3, hardware: CPU amd3200+ (single core), RAM ddr400 2GB.
Skin is default one. I removed all prices from settings menu, filters structure is in message above.
What else... Oh yes. I have smallest screenshots. Type: photo then movie title, right screen is the same.

This is all mambo jumbo but there must me something small that makes start without error impossible.

Probably the problem doesn't happen on my computer because I have a different coollection, or a different layout.

Please send me a copy of your coollection file, as well as a screenshot of your layout, and I'll try to reproduce the bug.

You'll easily locate you coollection file "MyCoollection.cool" with the menu "Help->Locate my coollection file".

Here is my email address: hector at coollector dot com
