It's like your system can't distinguish the letter 's' from the german letter 'ß'.

I use windows 8.1 64 bit Enterprise Edition

as you know the support for local language is already built into the operating systems there are no more localized versions.

I use English US keyboard & Hebrew standard keyboard (this is the localized part)

as far for windows 7 it is 7 ultimate 64 bit.

again two languages installed English us and Hebrew.

Hebrew seems to be the problem...

On startup, it'll display a message with a number, then four messages with TRUE or FALSE.

What values do you get?

first message with 0
then the debug alert I sent as an email
then flase
again false

The system isn't an hebrew system with the interface changed (hebrew is writeen right to left so the hebrew interface in windows is reverse - start is on the right side not the left) my interface is an english one since you can see in the print screen all i have is an hebrew keyboard to be able to write hebrew.
