A user has reported a bug that happens on Mac and on Windows. I've found that the crash occurs when you select a popdown value while the popdown hasn't finished to scroll. Sometimes it crashes, sometimes it doesn't. It's a matter of timing. Maybe Windows 10 has made the timing worse.

That doesn't seem related to the bug above. Does it crash every time? At what exact moment does it crash?

Do you already own that movie?

Do you mean you clicked on an existing Blu-Ray? And the program crashed instantly or did it crash when you clicked the button "Add as owned"?

Your coollection file is fine, the program crashes for everyone. It's me who had tested with the wrong Blu-Ray. The culprit Blu-Ray has a lot of languages (english + hungarian + japanese + latin + polish + portuguese + russian + spanish + thai), and the program makes an error when trying to display them. It's easy to fix. Please allow me a few hours and I'll send you a fixed version.

Didn't fix it for me. Updated to latest version and crashed three times in five minutes. Found this thread and downloaded the posted file but it still crashes. Seems that adding (certain) movies maybe causes it. I didn't overwrite the Coolector.exe. Renamed it to .bak instead. Should I name it back? Is there a limit to the number of movies the software can handle? That's why I switched from another app to this. Windows 7 x64

Thanks

Is it random or can you reproduce?

How do you add? Can you tell me which movies? If you add from an existing video, can you tell me which one?

The version you've downloaded has a couple of bugs fixed, so you'd better keep it.

Absolutely no limitation. Even with tens of thousands of owned videos you shouldn't see any slowdown.

Replicated. You cannot click the green + button repeatedly to add multiple movies (a bug in my opinion). You must move the mouse curser off the + button after each title is added and move it back on to add the next title. When I move the curser off the green + button it crashes. IMO it would be much more convenient to leave the curser on the + button and click each time your search presented your movie.

Thanks for the quick response.

Thank you very much, it's wonderful that you've found a way to reproduce the bug.

Please replace your current Coollector.exe with this one:

http://www.coollector.com/Coollector.exe

Hopefully it shouldn't crash anymore.

FYI, there's even more convenient => pressing the "+" key ;)
