Look at the picture below.

If you're playing music or video player is open (like km player), and then from within the app (Coollector) to broadcast a film that is in the picture with the message that we are facing.

I've installed KMPlayer on my computer to test it, and the files play fine. It's not a problem with KMPlayer nor Coollector.

The problem is somewhere else. It seems that the path of your file is empty.I can't see the file path from your screenshot. Could you please tell me what it is. The file path is displayed in the "owned videos" box below the video cover (but on your screenshot it's hidden by KMPlayer). It's also displayed when you click the "play" icon.

In normal mode is also good for me.
The problem comes when you want to run another file while your "km player" is still open.

please do it :
Please run a video file by km player and dont close that , then try to open a video file again from within the coollector. At this time, a problem that will face in the photo shown. (My Default video player is "km player")
I hope you have understood me.

Ok, now I understand. But there's nothing I can do on my side, it's a problem with KMPlayer which behaves strangely.

I've looked at KMPlayer's preferences, and if you uncheck "disallow multiple instances" at the bottom right, then the error message stops appearing, but you end up having 2 videos playing at the same time. It's a little weird, but I couldn't find a better adjustment of the settings. I guess you have to stop the video playing before launching another one :sorry:
