Thanks for being 'on to the case'.
I'm getting the same issue - I have never experienced before until last update, or last windows 10 update actually.
I KNOW you will solve this little pesty issue - you always do!

The bug was indeed introduced by the previous version, I apologize for the inconvenience. I had missed that bug because it happens mostly when you're not connected to the internet.

The fixed version will be released later today, I'm preparing it right now.
