I think with the latest update, something has gone wrong with the 'batch edit several file associations' option.

I put files into a local directory initially, scan them there, and then move them into a network location, changing the path with 'batch edit'.

With the most recent files, the edit has worked (if you click on the 'Owned Videos' for one of the movies, it shows the new path), and the movie still shows as Owned status, and at the top of the 'recently owned' view - but the green 'Play' icon is not highlighted, and if you click the icon, it asks you to select the file to associate, rather than being able to play the movie.

I've done a quick test and it seems to happen every time...

Thanks,

Ok - not exactly a bug, I have narrowed down what has happened - the network address that I use is something like \\server\media\movies\

but for these files I have managed to change it to \server\media\movies (an invalid address, with only one \ at the beginning)

So I can fix it, if a bit laboriously (I can't use the 'batch edit' as that will turn all my \\server into \\\server, and I can't just rescan the (very large) network directory as it picks up loads of files as new files, for some reason (differences in case, perhaps), and you can't it seems directly edit the 'location' field in file info - only replace it entirely with something new...

Thanks,

It's not a big problem, you'll just have to replace "\\\server" by "\\server" as a final step ;)
