Program won't open when i click on it.

System is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit,
portable or regular version of program won't open when i click on it.

I rather use portable because it's on D:, so if i have to reinstall the windows,
all the images and data stay preserved.

So every time i turn on computer and want to use program i must reinstall it again.

Previously system was windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, both version of program worked.
and on xp sp3 worked just fine.

I've tried Compatibility mode and it not fixing problem.

I'm sorry for your troubles, but from what you describe I'm afraid I don't have any idea what's happening.

Do you get some error messages? If not, maybe you could you use the Event Viewer to see if you can get some info...
