When I do a filtered search for Owned all my owned movies show up but some aren't underlined.
When I try to "Loan" them it says the are not owned.
Is this a glitch?
Using ver 2.31.

Yes, of course. Seems like your indexing.dat file got corrupted
Like with Salazar, I'll ask you to send me the 2 files, and then to delete indexing.dat to see if it fixes the problem.

I sent you the files BUT, when I went back in to Coolector they were fixed.
Maybe you can see what caused it from the files I sent but I can't replicate.
Love the program.

Got them. Will have a look at them.

You mean, without doing anything ? Without erasing indexing.dat ?

Thank you very much ! Sorry for the trouble. And thank you for reporting whenever you stumble on something.

Yes. I exited to go to my email program. When I opened C* everything was underlined as owned, correctly.
I did not delete the temp file or do anything other then open the program.

I just installed the files you sent me, and all the owned movies are underlined. My guess is that you have closed Coollector and opened it again. With version 2.31, I have teached Coollector how to detect if indexing.dat is corrupted, and if it is, to rebuild it the next time. What I still haven't discovered, is how indexing.dat can get corrupted

I hadn't seen your reply, but it seems that I guessed right

I did run an antivirus scan (AVG) prior to running C* for the first time, today.
I did stop the scan because I was trying to help my son trouble shoot a problem on his PC.
Maybe the AVG program didn't like the indexing file.

Nice try, but I doubt that AVG would modify your files without telling you.
