No wait !

I've found the origin of the problem and am releasing Coollector v2.51 right now.

All users who have the Coollector.exe with a broken auto-update
will have to download the installer for v2.51.

My apologies to everyone :worried:

A fresh install from the download site fixed me up too. Thanks!

I also downgraded one machine to v2.47 and it auto updated to v2.51 without a problem.

Yes, the bug was introduced by v2.48. I was fixing a bug, and I have created a new one. To my defense, it was really tricky

It's tricky...

The program auto-updates and wrongly saves the new version to "C:\Coollector.exe", instead of replacing
"C:\Program Files\Coollector\Coollector.exe". When the program restarts automatically, it runs "C:\Coollector.exe", so if you look at the version, it says 2.51, and you believe everything is fine.

But your shortcut is pointing to "C:\Program Files\Coollector\Coollector.exe", which wasn't changed, and the next time you'll launch the program, it'll still be the previous version, and it'll want to auto-update.

The fix: take "C:\Coollector.exe" and replace "C:\Program Files\Coollector\Coollector.exe" with it.
