instaalled update now coollector won't setup nor run. redownloaded from your website get error and setup fails. any other sites from which to download?

The setup file is ok, it's probably a bug with the program itself.
Has a previous version of Coollector ever worked for you ? What version ?
What Windows do you use ? XP ? Vista ? What language ?
How is called the "Documents and Settings" folder in your language ?

Oh, I just found the message you left me when uninstalling...

That's very strange. I downloaded the setup program, and it worked on my computer.
