coollector.exe has encountered a problem???

Hi Hector,

Everytime i go in to update my collection, it keeping coming up with the below message. I have add 3 movies or 8 movies at a time before this error occurs.

"Coollector,exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience"

Can you please help....Thanks

Please send me those 2 files so I can check if there's something wrong with them:

1) MyCoollection.cool
2) indexing.dat

1) MyCoollection.cool => click the help button from Coollector and select "FAQ: where is my coollection file".

2) indexing.dat is inside the folder named "Tmp".
