I was working earlier, but just got back in to add more movies. It did an update and I got the following error:

Execution of Command
"C:\Users\Ken\Documents\Coollection\Tmp\CollectorUpdater.exe"
/D=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Coollector.' failed (error 740: the requested operation requires elevation.)

I clicked on "Okay", and seem to be able to use the application.

Does it happen again if you click the update button ?

I have the same problem. I have 2.63 and I get the same error-message every time I start the application (I have auto-update) or if I press update. However, my application must have been updated to 2.63 prior to this bug because what happens when I update is that the application is "ok" but the prices are not updated and updates every time, but the error message then occurs in the final step of the update. The application works but the prices wants to update themselves on every update, and the error message occurs every time (leaving the prices not updated, I guess).
Hope this was to any help.
Great work!
Mikey

What you describe is a little strange, and I'm not sure I understand completely.

To make sure you have the right version installed, please download and run this setup:

ftp://ftp2.coollector.com/coollect/Coollector_Setup.exe

and please tell me if it helped.

It did work! Now I get OK from both the price update and the application update and no error message.
Thanks!
