coollector not working from 2.96 and 2.97 version

Hi, after ubdating version 2.95, Coollector doesn't work on my comp with win7.
Version 2.95 and other before it are work.

After crashing, it will generate a crash dump with 2 files: Coollector.dmp and Coollector.xml.

I have 3 users for which the program doesn't work anymore. I still haven't found the explanation despite searching hard.
