2.99.2 crash on search...

As soon as you start typing a search in it freezes then crashes.

i haven't used Coolector in a while (couple of months) and when i opened and updated to 2.99.2 today, the program no longer works. it opens, but then does nothing. anything i try to click on (owned videos, etc) results in program not responding and i have to close thru task manager. i did this about six times this afternoon and each time it asked if i want to send report, i choose yes.

It's a Windows thing. The report goes to Microsoft, and of course they'll do nothing.

MyCoollection.cool is inside the folder "My Documents\Coollector\".

Coolector appears to be working now, thank you. (although when i did the upgrade earlier, it did work for about 15 minutes, enough for me to play around with some of the layouts, so i'll be very happy if it's still working 16 minutes from now).

Everything worked fine until you clicked the menu "Movie Search". When you clicked "Movie Search", it went into an infinite loop.

one slight hiccup. now when i click on COOLECTOR icon on my desktop, instead of the program opening, it's asks to RUN the application. so each time i have to run the application to use the program. This is probably a simple fix, but for the life of me i can't figure it out.

Is there a checkbox "Always ask before opening this file" that you could uncheck ?

Did you just copy "Coollector.exe" to your desktop ? Or did you replace the previous one in the folder where you installed Coollector, probably "Program Files\Coollector\" ?

The last solution would be to install the program again (not need to uninstall before) from this location (which includes the bug fix):

Yes, and i did uncheck it. i guess it was always running when i clicked icon, but i just wasn't seeing it. so basically, it's "fixed."
