Because apparently Coollector can't open that directory. I will modify Coollector to not display the error message, but the problem still remains that it can't open the directory, and I suppose it's probably related with your update problem.

Please upgrade to Coollector version 2.99.11. This new version now displays a message when it can't open a folder. Do you get a message ?

Your shared folder is on which computer ? Which Windows ?
And you access it from which computer ? Which Windows ?
What's the path of the shared folder ?

Shared folder is on the iomega screenplay director, it run a customized linux distribution.
Accessing from network share i have no problem readin or writing.
I mapped the folder as drive z: (\\ip\screenplay).
I'm accessing from windows 7.
With previous version of coollector (I'm quite sure i tried even after upgrade to windows 7) I was able to access it without problem
