Crashing

Every time I start coollector it will go for a few seconds and the go milky white and then crash. It will do this several times. And the other issue when it is working after every download of a movie I add to my database it will crash as soon as I hit enter. The program works fine on my laptop but crashes each and every time on my PC. How do I fix this?

Please make this test to determine if it's a problem with your coollection file:

1) find "MyCoollection.cool" by clicking the menu "Help->Locate my coollection file".

2) close Coollector.

3) rename "MyCoollection.cool" into "MyCoollection.cool.bak".

4) launch Coollector again to see if you still have the same problems.


When you'll have finished this test, you'll restore your coollection by deleting the newly created "MyCoollection.cool", and renaming "MyCoollection.cool.bak" into "MyCoollection.cool".

After the test the same problem was still there. I seen that you added another program on April 19th about the scrolling. I had that problem also. I am going to see if that will resolve the problem.

Then it's not a problem with your coollection.

If it's a problem with the program, it's strange that you're the only one affected.
