error in win2000

thank u for the best movie database i've ever seen in my life. once i installed the program and started to surf differnt aspects of it i encountered an error messege that caused the program crash. i want to know if there is some problems with win2000 pro or this is just my own problem.thank u in advance

There's no known problem with Win 2000 Pro. That's the OS that uses my cousin and partner, Stef.

Did the program crash only once or does it keep crashing ?

thank you for yr immediate reply. unfortunately it keeps crashing, i don't know the reason and time of crashing. sometimes it happens while using the program and sometimes when i want to exit the program. anyway this problem takes place in the office but i got no problem at home (winxp).

When I'll have released Coollector 2.04, I'll give you a special build to try at your office. When crashing, this version might give a more precise error message, and we might discover the nature of the problem...
