I am getting the following error message when I start Coolector. I am running Windows 7. Execution of command ‘C:\Users\Peggy Desktop\Documents\Collector/TMP\CoolectorUpdater.exe/D=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Coolector\” failed (effort 740: the requested operation required elevation.) I was trying to set a firewall exception for that program and noticed that the path is incorrect. It is okay through C:\Users\Peggy Desktop\, but after that there is no "Documents" folder. It is "my documents". What do I need to change, where, to get this to run? Thanks |

Please install again using one of those installers (depending if you want the normal or the portable version) For the normal version: http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_Setup.exe For the portable version: http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_Portable_Setup.exe And tell me if you still have problems. |
