Help, Please

I am getting the following error message when I start Coolector. I am running Windows 7.

Execution of command ‘C:\Users\Peggy Desktop\Documents\Collector/TMP\CoolectorUpdater.exe/D=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Coolector\” failed (effort 740: the requested operation required elevation.)

I was trying to set a firewall exception for that program and noticed that the path is incorrect. It is okay through C:\Users\Peggy Desktop\, but after that there is no "Documents" folder. It is "my documents". What do I need to change, where, to get this to run?

Please install again using one of those installers (depending if you want the normal or the portable version)

For the normal version:
http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_Setup.exe

For the portable version:
http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_Portable_Setup.exe

And tell me if you still have problems.
