Hi,

This is the first time i use the program.

When i go to "Scan my video files" (scan preview or real scan), after adding 265 files to the database, i get the message "Coollector Movie Database has encountered an error and will now close".

How do I fix this??

What's the last file that was scanned before you get the error message ?

You're using the latest version 3.14, aren't you ?

I have got exactly the same problem - been using the program for over a year and love it to bits, even with its little quirks, but this is the first time i have encountered this problem - same as previously posted by mattei. Further to clarify - it was when i was re-loading my TV Series back on to database after cleaning up titles. It never crashed upon loading them up in previous times.

I'm sorry, by fixing a bug, I've created another one :worried:

Version 3.15 will be available in a few hours.

Thank you very much for reporting this bug !

You can now update to version 3.15.

I apologize for the trouble. :(

You are a legend!!! I updated with the new version, re-did the scan and it worked perfectly! A million thanks for responding so quickly and resolving this little issue so amazingly quickly. My hat off to you!
