I just started the application after not being on for a while (several months?) and it says that have not owned movies. The last time I had over 600, and information about ones that I had loaned out.
Any suggestions?

That's strange. Anyway, the program should have some backups automatically.
To locate them, click the menu "Help->Locate the automatic backups".
