Download update

is popping an error message stating coolector is already in use when trying to update program.

This error occured for both v13 and v14 updates....

I have been closing coolector down and running the downloaded file from the mydocs location to get the updated program.

you guys are doing and awesome job keep up the good work.

Are you using the update button from the program ?

Because it seems like you're installing from Coollector_Setup.exe, and forgot to quit Coollector before (it can't work if the program is still running).
