lost collection after upgrade

I lost my collection after the latest upgrade. I tried to open a backup version but it still didnt work. Please advise. Thanks. Tony

I did notice that my movies are still underlined as if I own them.

Your coollection file is perfectly fine (you own 1,808 movies).

I don't know what 's going wrong with your installation, but at least the problem doesn't come from your coollection file.

Please uninstall the program and install it again (you coollection file won't be erased by the uninstall).

Please tell me how it goes.
